V2verify Referral Program Terms and Conditions

The program is not valid for any V2verify employees.

The referred company must be a viable candidate for V2verify business products and services.

The referrer must accept the terms and conditions of the program each time a referral is submitted via an online web form.

Referrals expire 6 months after approval unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon between the referrer and V2verify.

One referral payment per signed customer, regardless of the number of customer locations.

Acceptance of a referral is based upon verification that the business and contact are legitimate and V2verify has not been actively working with the referred business prior to receiving the referral. V2verify reserves the right to not accept a referral for any reason at any time.

In the event of conflicting referrals, V2verify reserves the right to determine who receives credit for such referrals.

V2verify reserves the right to approve or reject a prospective customer or to decline to do business with a customer for any reason.

Payment calculations will be based on recurring revenue and license fees.  Any integration, administration, or implementation service fees will NOT be included as part of the referral compensation. 

Referrer's payment will be sent to the mailing address provided by referrer quarterly based upon cash receipt. Once an active participant reaches a total of $600 (in referral payments and pending referral payments), the participant will be required to complete a W-9 form (a one-time requirement per fiscal year) before the pending referral payments will be sent.

V2verify’s sole liability to you shall be payment to the extent earned as set forth herein. 

IN NO EVENT SHALL V2VERIFY OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST COMMISSIONS ON LOST SALES (WHETHER OR NOT V2verify HAS BEEN ADVISED OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE), ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE CONDUCT OF BUSINESS CONTEMPLATED HEREIN, BY REASON OF ANY ACT OR OMISSION IN V2VERIFY’S PERFORMANCE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
